- Jeannine KWe have been there in june and are still excited about this experience. To be able to learn so much about the bees and to see how important they are for our world was just overwhelming. The museum is very interesting and the honey we could taste was soooo good! :) But the highlight was our trip to a beehive. There we could get in touch with the work of the honey bees and were even able to do some beekeepers work. Thank you so much for your passionate and engaged guided tour and for the tasty honey (and the drinks :)
- euka bOne of highlights of our trip. They are passionate and very informative. Awesome experience and 10/10 would recommend to anyone visiting Sao Miguel.
- Justin BThis was easily one of the best experiences that I’ve ever done in my life. My wife and I have been fortunate to travel a bunch but Mario and Gonsalo did an amazing job with this one. They are both extremely passionate about their apiaries and shared a wealth of knowledge along with hands on interactions with the bees. They made us feel so welcome and all we wanted to do was hang out with them longer. I highly recommend this for anyone coming to the island. It truly was unforgettable.
